Sheriff David L. Deskins said they hadn't determined if the children hadbeen abducted. Relatives and friends were being questioned.   The children, India Smith, 11, and her 4-year-old brother Cody, werereported missing shortly before 2 p.m. Wednesday from their home on KnightRoad.   A massive search of nearby fields was launched using an Ohio Highway Patrolhelicopter, the Logan County K-9 Unit and volunteers. Anyone with informationabout the children is asked to call the Champaign County Sheriff's office at652-1311.
