Kettering, is dead at age 104.   Virginia Kettering is the widow of Eugene Kettering and daughter-in-law of inventor-philanthropist Charles F. Kettering. The Kettering family is known for its outstanding philanthropy in the Dayton area.   Mrs. Weiffenbach, who died Thursday, moved to Dayton from Memphis, Tenn., in 1905.   In addition to her daughter, she is survived by two granddaughters, Jane K.Lombard of New York City and Susan K. Williams of Greenwich, Conn.   Graveside services for Mrs. Weiffenbach are private.
